Collect a DNA sample at home using the mouth swab provided, then return it to the laboratory for analysis.

Results are usually available within 4–6 weeks after the laboratory receives your sample.

Hair loss is influenced by genetic and non-genetic factors. Genetic testing alone cannot diagnose the cause of hair loss.

The genetic report may contain information relating to treatment response. Dr Nicole does not use genetic test results or treatment recommendations within the report to determine or provide prescription treatment.
