Collect a small blood sample at home using the finger-prick kit provided, then return it to the laboratory for analysis.

Hormone levels can fluctuate, and a blood test alone does not diagnose perimenopause or menopause. Please discuss abnormal results or concerning symptoms with your GP or doctor.
